DormBix ("we," "us," or "our") operates the DormBix application. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, primarily dormitory and hostel owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use our services, including our integration with Google Business Profile APIs.

• Google User Data (Planned): When you authorize DormBix to access your Google Business Profile, we receive an OAuth 2.0 token. This allows us to manage your business listings as per your command.
• Business Information: We collect data regarding your property, such as room availability, pricing, and photos, provided by you through our platform.
• Social Media Credentials: If you connect a Facebook Page, we store the Page ID, Page Name, and Access Token to enable specific integrations.
• Tenant Information: Name, email, phone number, LINE User ID, national ID number, copy of national ID card, and address details.
• Communication Data: Chat logs, AI conversation history, tenant sentiment, and feedback or star ratings.
• Device and Usage Information: We may collect session details, login activity, and device information for security and analytical purposes.

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To identify and verify users (including through national ID cards for necessary legal and contractual obligations).
• To facilitate property management and communications, including LINE and Facebook Messaging integrations.
• To analyze interactions via AI chatbots and support channels to improve user experience.
• (Planned) To update your room availability status on Google Maps and create "Local Posts".

Smart Tenant Score System

• Purpose: To establish trust standards and promote positive rental behavior within the DormBix ecosystem.
• Data Processed: Payment history (punctuality), actual stay duration, and basic lease contract metadata.
• Privacy Principle: Behavioral data is converted into a "Credit Grade" (e.g., A-F or color indicators). This information is visible only to property owners within our verified network. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as full names or National ID numbers will never be disclosed to the public.
• Withdrawal Right: You can check your consent status and withdraw it at any time via the LIFF Application.

Our use of the Google Business Profile API adheres strictly to Google's API Policies:

• Transparency: We will explicitly notify you within 48 hours of any changes our system makes to your Google account.
• Reviews and Q&A: We will never post or reply to reviews or questions on your behalf without your explicit, prior consent.
• Account Disconnection: If you stop using our API services, we will relinquish all management rights to your Business Profile within 7 business days.
• Data Caching: Any content retrieved from Google is temporarily cached for a maximum of 30 days solely to improve performance, and will never be modified.
• Security: We strongly urge you to keep your Google credentials secure. You hold sole responsibility for the actions taken on your account.
• Automated Use: End users must manually sign in to use the API; unauthorized programmatic access is not permitted.

DormBix does not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only used to facilitate the automation services you have requested.

We retain your information only as long as your account is active. You can revoke our access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Security Settings. Upon request, we will delete all data associated with your account from our servers.
